End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of games, apps, and related services published by Revive8 ("Revive8", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using a Revive8 product, you agree to this Agreement.
License Grant
Revive8 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games and apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control, subject to this Agreement and any applicable platform terms.
Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or publicly exploit the product except as allowed by law.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- You may not use the product to violate laws, infringe rights, disrupt services, or interfere with other users.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the games, apps, content, branding, and related intellectual property remain the property of Revive8 and its licensors. This Agreement gives you a license to use the product, not ownership of it.
Updates and Availability
We may release updates, patches, balance changes, or content changes at any time. We do not guarantee that any product or feature will remain available indefinitely.
Third-Party Platforms
If you download a Revive8 game or app through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another storefront, your use may also be subject to that platform's terms, rules, and billing policies.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the product and delete all copies in your possession or control.
Disclaimer
Unless prohibited by law, Revive8 products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revive8 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the product.
Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of a Revive8 product after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Agreement.
