If a Revive8 game includes an account system, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us through the support channel provided inside the game or through the contact method listed on the store page or official website.
What to Include
- The name of the game.
- Your player ID, account ID, or the email address associated with the account, if applicable.
- A clear statement that you want your account deleted.
What Happens Next
After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize the relevant account data within a reasonable period, unless we need to retain certain information for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, or other permitted business purposes.
Effects of Deletion
- You may permanently lose saved progress, virtual items, achievements, and access to account-based features.
- Some residual data may remain in backups for a limited time before secure deletion cycles complete.
- Data that has been irreversibly anonymized may no longer be associated with you and may be retained.
App Removal
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account unless the game specifically states that local-only data is used and no account is created.
